Call for research fellow position on the Horizon 2020 project PaRaDeSEC at the Ruđer Bošković Institute Zagreb Croatia

The expected qualifications of a candidate, who should fulfill the criteria for R2 (recognized researcher) or R3 (established researcher) according to the European Framework for Research Careers, are:

• PhD degree in experimental physics, or electronics or semiconductor technology or in other relevant field,
• Knowledge and practical experience in following is advantage: charged particle, gamma-ray, X-ray or neutron spectroscopy, electrical and optical characterization of semiconductor devices, interconnection technology of detectors, analog and digital electronics, embedded data acquisition (DAQ) software and quality assurance (QA) tools,
• Proven record of successful work in international research collaborations,
• Proven academic track record in terms of publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).

The position is full time, 40 working hours per week. Envisaged job starting date is December 2017. Position is available until June 30th 2020 or until the project end.
